Whose Warehouse Does SheeShip Operate Out Of?

We have our own warehouse, which allows us to accept, process, and complete your fulfillment in the shortest amount of time. With us as partners, you can enjoy the direct benefits of a warehouse without any third-party dilution.

How Do I Communicate With SheeShip’s Staff?

Each of our customers is assigned a dedicated account manager who understands their business and is up to date on all the latest developments. You can communicate with your dedicated account manager and get responses to your messages, queries, and requests on the same day. They provide tailored advice to ensure all decisions are made with all necessary information.

We offer round-the-clock access to real-time inventory tracking and transaction data. You can always keep track of your delivery without hands-on involvement. We integrate all major e-commerce platforms under our fulfillment umbrella, allowing us to access digital order inputs and provide fast and errorless fulfillment. Shipping

How Fast Do You Fulfill Orders?

Orders will be fulfilled within one business day. All orders received before 1pm cst will be fulfill that same day.

Can You Ship International Orders?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide and utilize both USPS and FedEx services to fulfill international orders.

Will I Be Able To Track My Orders Once They Ship?

Tracking Information is available as soon as orders are shipped whether it is manual order entry or fully automated integration with your eCommerce platforms.

What Carriers Do You Use For Order Fulfillment?

We utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS to fulfill orders for all customers.

Receiving and Processing

What do I need to do to prepare inventory for your facility?

We ask that all packages be labeled before dropping them off at our facility. Labeling is required on all units, whether they are FNSKU, SKU, ASIN, or UPC. On special request, the SheeShip team can label unlabeled units as well.

How long will it take to receive the package?

We accept same-day receiving for most shipments, which means your inventory will be ready for order fulfillment the same day. We reserve up to 72 hours for receiving some larger shipments and shipments that require additional labor, such as SKU research or unit inspection.

What should I do before delivering inventory to your facility?

We ask that you create a receipt in your WMS portal that accurately records your shipment before dropping off inventory at our facility. Your account manager will walk you through every step of the process.

Storage

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of storage required by SheeShip LLC?

We have no strict storage quantity requirements. If your inventory reaches zero, your WMS account will be frozen until you notify us of a new inbound shipment.

How are storage fees calculated?

Our storage fee for all products is $0.40/Cuft.

Do you charge for long-term storage?

Yes, storage rates of 2X will be applied to inventory that has been static for more than a year.

What kind of storage security do you provide?

We have full-scale storage security in place, which includes a security camera system, badge entry, alarm monitoring 24 hours a day, climate control, and pest control.

Can you relabel my inventory?

Yes, you can request relabeling service at any time through your account portal on our website.

Can you repackage my inventory?

Yes, you can request repackaging service at any time through your account portal on our website.

Can you bundle my inventory?

Yes, you can request bundling service at any time through your account portal on our website.

Do you offer insurance?

We do not provide our customers with liability insurance. We will not be liable for any goods lost or sales lost as a result of the products shipped. Customers are encouraged, however, to add us to their existing insurance or to purchase a policy from a third-party vendor.

Returns

Can you process returns?

Yes, you will be able to send all customer returns to our facility, where we offer return processing and inspection.

Can you inspect returns when they arrive at your facility?

Yes, we can visually inspect all returns for either reuse or disposal. For a more in-depth inspection, a special request may be needed.

Following the inspection, all units are moved to quarantine, where customers can either dispose of them or have them designated to be placed back into stock for order fulfillment.* (Additional rates may apply) *
